Villa Brenda is located in the Baladrar urbanization in Benissa Costa, between the well-known towns of Calpe and Moraira. The situation of the house is perfetc because it is very close to everything, 1 km approx. from the beautiful Cala Baladrar. Known for its idyllic pebble beach with crystal waters, with a wonderful landscape typical of the Costa Blanca, surrounded by pine trees that practically reach the edge of the Mediterranean Sea and with a beach bar where you can enjoy beautiful views while you are eating.
In addition, just 500 meters from the house, that is, 5 minutes on foot, you will be in the well-known San Jaime urbanization with golf course, Pepe la Sal shopping center with several stores, supermarket, gas station and several restaurants of different kinds of foods.
Through the entrance door of the house we access to a spacious living room with fireplace, SAT-TV / DVD / Air Conditioning and underfloor heating to make you feel at home, enjoying your property, both in summer and winter. Continuing to the right of the living room we find a separate dining room, which gives us access to the pool terrace and the kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a pantry where the washer and dryer are. On the left side of the living room, we will find 2 full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms with double beds each one, with their own Air Conditioning. One of the bedrooms has a small private balcony that overlooks the pool area.
Villa Brenda also has a cozy guest apartment, separated from the house, situated at the back. The apartment has another double bedroom with two single beds, with its own air conditioning and a complete bathroom with shower.
From the living room we access to a cozy terrace, from which you can see a little the sea, with a built barbecue with terrace furniture to enjoy pleasant meals with family or friends.
From this terrace, going down a few steps, we will have access to the wonderful area of the pool terrace, which is very sunny all the day and offers us a lot of privacy to sunbathe in its hammocks. Next to the pool there is an outside shower and the pool engine house.
