Villa El Portet, es una hermosa finca de estilo español en primera línea de mar en la famosa playa de El Portet en la conocida localidad turística de Moraira. El alojamiento tiene acceso directo a la playa de aguas cristalinas, dónde encontramos varios restaurantes y deportes acuáticos. A sólo 500 metros hay una farmacia y un pequeño supermercado. Por su inmejorable situación, la villa El Portet disfruta de una inigualable vista al mar, a la costa mediterránea y a las montañas, que hará que sus vacaciones sean una experiencia inolvidable. El centro de Moraira se encuentra a 2,5 km, dónde se pueden encontrar gran variedad de tiendas y restaurantes, el club náutico y alguna verbena durante el verano.
La Villa El Portet está amueblada y decorada en un cómodo estilo tradicional español. Tanto el exterior como el interior están en perfecta simbiosis para una excelente experiencia vacacional al estilo mediterráneo. Rodeada de jardines amplios y privados, con grandes palmeras, terrazas soleadas y una terraza cubierta más para relajarse con la vista al mar. Se trata de una atractiva villa muy espaciosa y acogedora, ideal para grandes familias o un grupo de amigos. En el exterior, una gran terraza desde la cual se baja a la zona de la extraordinaria piscina con unas vistas a la playa y al mar inigualables, y desde dónde se accede a través de unas escaleras privadas a la playa.
El alojamiento se encuentra sobre 2 plantas conectadas por escaleras interiores. La entrada principal conduce a una espaciosa sala de estar SAT + TV, DVD, a través de un pasillo, con unas puertas correderas que dan a la terraza cubierta con vistas a la costa, piscina, jardín y terrazas. El salón está conectado con un comedor también con acceso a la terraza con vistas a la playa de El Portet, además unas escaleras bajan a una cocina exterior con barbacoa, paellero, despensa y aseo. La cocina es muy amplia con barra americana y chimenea. Está totalmente equipada con frigorífico y congelador, microondas, lavavajillas. La lavadora se encuentra en un cuarto en el garaje. En la planta baja encontramos un dormitorio doble con aire acondicionado y acceso a la terraza cubierta junto al salón y vistas al mar desde la ventana, un baño privado con ducha y bañera.
Las escaleras interiores suben a la planta superior, donde encontramos un dormitorio doble con aire acondicionado y acceso a un balcón con vistas estupendas al mar, ideal para relajarse durante los magníficos atardeceres. Junto él hay un baño con bañera. A lo largo del pasillo encontramos tres dormitorios con dos camas simples cada uno, también con aire acondicionado. Dos de los dormitorios disfrutan de balcón con vistas al mar y los tres comparten un baño con bañera.

On arrival, the tenant provides a break deposit for €100 x the maximum occupancy number in the property, with a minimum of €400. On check-out, the deposit will be refunded if nothing has been damaged at the property during the stay and/or the occupancy of guests allowed at the property was exceeded.

The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel after reservation and the total price if they cancel in the 42 days before arrival.
For the rented villa is a Maximum vacation home occupancy of persons allowed (please see the description). If you move into the villa with more persons than the Maximum vacation home occupancy, we reserve us the right to demand an additional payment or to cancel the letting contract immediately.
Turisol does not undertake any liability for accidents or damages, inside or outside the house and the swimming pool. If facility or electrical units are falling, please inform Turisol immediately. Either Turisol or the owner of the villa will fix the damage as soon as possible. No compensations can be claimed. If power and water outage occurring due to failure from the supplier, it is not possible to claim any compensations. Turisol is not liable for the quality of the water. The renter is obligated to treat the rented villa or apartment gently. In case of damages, please inform Turisol in writing or over the telephone. The renter has to bear the costs for replacement, repair or reduction of the damaged objects. The renter is liable for the damages, caused due to a lack of proper care. Please note in every correspondence the name of the house and the duration of the renting period.
You will receive the keys of the rented villa and a description how to get there in our office, after paying the remaining 50% of the letting price.

Accommodations from Turisol should meet minimum quality standards regarding safety, access, and cleanliness, and they should be consistent with the description provided by the Host. If a guest, who books and pays for an accommodation suffers a Travel Issue because the Accommodation does not meet Turisol standards, the guest may be eligible for a refund in accordance with the Guest Refund Policy. Turisol will (at our discretion) either provide the Guest with a refund or use reasonable efforts to find and book the Guest at another comparable Accommodation for any unused nights left in your reservation. The amount of any refund will depend on the nature of the Travel Issue suffered.
The pool cleaner and gardener will enter the outdoor area of the property unannounced for the maintenance and cleaning of the pool and gardening once or twice a week.
Please ensure that all the garbage is taken to the large containers along the main roads on a daily basis. If garbage is left behind on departure the agency may charge for its removal. Please leave the kitchen clean without leftovers or dirty dishes. The agency reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee if cleaning is necessary.
