Villa Blanca enjoys a beautiful calm and sophisticated location on the Costa Blanca. It provides us with charming panoramic sea views and is just 3 min. drive away from the cove Baladrar, supermarkets and restaurants by Benissa Coast. Just 6 km separate us from the center of Moraira, one of the hotspots for holiday guests that has been growing year by year offering 2 famous beaches: L’Ampolla and El Portet and a large variety of shops, bars and restaurants.
Villa Blanca has parking possibility for 2 cars under the carport, from which external steps lead down to a spacious terrace with a large private swimming pool, sun beds, various sun patios and an outdoor dining area with BBQ, all surrounded with a tasteful balustrade by the pool.
Right next to the parking we find the villa which is built on two stories connecting both floors only via exterior stairs, there are 2 separate apartments. From the parking access to the top floor into the living area providing us with Sat+TV+A/C, a dining table, with access to a nice balcony with wonderful sea views to the Ifach Rock in Calpe. A fully equipped kitchen is followed by two double bedrooms with A/C and a shower room where is also the washing machine.
The lower apartment, from which we access through exterior stairs, we get a beautiful living area with a small kitchen, two double bedrooms with A/C and with a shower. The entire villa is encompassed by a beautiful Mediterranean style garden. Finally we find a roof terrace, perfect to enjoy the sea views and even the beautiful night sky.
