Villa El Portet is a beautiful Spanish-style Finca on the seafront on the famous El Portet beach in the well-known tourist town of Moraira. The accommodation has direct access to the crystal-clear beach, where we find several restaurants and water sports. Just 500 meters away there is a pharmacy and a small supermarket. Due to its unbeatable location, the El Portet villa enjoys a unique view of the sea, the Mediterranean coast, and the mountains, which will make your vacation an unforgettable experience. The center of Moraira is 2.5 km away, where you can find a wide variety of shops and restaurants, the yacht club, and some festivities during the summer.
Villa El Portet is furnished and decorated in a comfortable traditional Spanish style. Both the exterior and the interior are in perfect symbiosis for an excellent Mediterranean-style vacation experience. Surrounded by large and private gardens, with large palm trees, sunny terraces, and a covered terrace to relax with the sea view. It is an attractive, very spacious, and cozy villa, ideal for large families or a group of friends. Outside, a large terrace from which you go down to the extraordinary pool area with unbeatable views of the beach and the sea, and from where you can access the beach through private stairs.
The accommodation is on 2 levels connected by internal stairs. The main entrance leads, through a corridor, to a spacious living room SAT + TV, DVD, with sliding doors leading to the covered terrace with views of the coast, pool, garden, and terraces. The living room is connected to a dining room also with access to the terrace overlooking the beach of El Portet, also some stairs go down to an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, pantry, and guest toilet. The kitchen is very spacious with a breakfast bar and fireplace. It is fully equipped with a fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher. The washing machine is in a room in the garage. On the ground floor, we find a double bedroom with air conditioning and access to the covered terrace next to the living room and sea views from its window, a private bathroom with a shower and bathtub.
The internal stairs go up to the upper floor, where we find a double bedroom with air conditioning and access to a balcony with great views of the sea, ideal to relax during the magnificent sunsets. Next to it, there is a bathroom with a bathtub. Along the corridor, we find three bedrooms with two single beds each, also with air conditioning. Two of the bedrooms have a balcony with sea views and all three share a bathroom with a bathtub.

On arrival, the tenant provides a break deposit for €100 x the maximum occupancy number in the property, with a minimum of €400. On check-out, the deposit will be refunded if nothing has been damaged at the property during the stay and/or the occupancy of guests allowed at the property was exceeded.

The maximum occupancy should only be exceeded by a cot or an extra bed.
50% of the total sum should be paid with the signing of the letting contract via bank transfer to the bank : Bank : Banco Sabadell Owner of the account: Multiturisol.SL
BIC : BSABESBB IBAN: ES73 0081 1575 9300 0136 3438 (please always mention the name of the house you have rented and the duration of your holidays). The remaining 50% will be paid at arrival with handing over the keys. Your booking will be firm if Turisol has received the 50% prepayment.
Withdrawal of the journey:
If you are not able to start your trip, please inform Turisol in writing. Repayment on cancellation of the booking: until 7 days before arrival date 40% of the prepaid sum.
Maximum occupancy:
For the rented villa is a maximum occupancy of persons allowed (please see the description). If you move into the villa with more persons then the maximum occupancy, we reserve us the right to demand an additional payment or to cancel the letting contract immediately.
Liability:
Turisol does not undertake any liability for accidents or damages inside or outside the house and the swimming pool. If technical or electrical units are falling of, please inform us immediately. Either Turisol or the owner of the villa will fix the damage as soon as possible – claims for damages can not be demanded. If water or electricity are falling of due to the communities, it is not possible to claim any compensations. Turisol is not liable for the quality of the water. The renter is obligated to treat the rented villa or apartment gently. In case of damages please inform Turisol in writing or over the telephone. The renter has to bear the costs for replacement, repair or reduction of the damaged objects. The renter is liable for the damages caused due to a lack of proper care. Please note in every correspondence the name of the house and the duration of the renting period.
Handing over of the keys:
You will receive the keys of the rented villa and a description how to get there in our office, after paying the remaining 50% of the letting price.
Date of arrival:
On the arrival day between 17.00 and 20.00. Please inform us, if you arrive later.
Break deposit:
On arrival, the tenant provides a break deposit for €100 x the maximum occupancy number in the property, with a minimum of €400. On check-out, the deposit will be refunded if nothing has been damaged at the property during the stay and/or the occupancy of guests allowed at the property was exceeded. On the day of arrival you can move into the rented villa/apartment at the earliest by 17.00 and on the day of departure you have to leave the villa at latest by 10.00 . Bed linen, bathing towels and towels you should bring with you, but they can also be rented in our office.
