El Cisne is a Spanish traditional style furnished villa. It is located in a very peaceful residential area near the cove “ Cala Abogat” by Benissa coast together with a cozy beach bar. Only 2 Km. separate us from Moraira and 15 Min. drive to the other direction for Calpe. Both enjoying beautiful beaches where a large variety of bars, restaurants, and shops can be found. This is one of the reasons why this area has become a major hotspot for anyone in search of the Mediterranean holiday experience. To top things up, we find a tennis court near the villa. The villa offers parking for 1 car, which leads us towards a charming terrace surrounding the large private swimming pool, sunbeds, and a covered outdoor dining area with BBQ, all encompassed by a subtle tropical garden.
The entire accommodation is on one level; the top-level remains closed and empty during your stay. We enter through a small living room with Sat; TV; A/C and a DVD player. We follow towards a cozy and well-equipped kitchen. We continue to find one twin bedroom with a shower and toilet and another double bedroom with A/C and a shower room.

The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel after reservation and the total price if they cancel in the 42 days before arrival.
For the rented villa is a Maximum vacation home occupancy of persons allowed (please see the description). If you move into the villa with more persons than the Maximum vacation home occupancy, we reserve us the right to demand an additional payment or to cancel the letting contract immediately.
Turisol does not undertake any liability for accidents or damages, inside or outside the house and the swimming pool. If facility or electrical units are falling, please inform Turisol immediately. Either Turisol or the owner of the villa will fix the damage as soon as possible. No compensations can be claimed. If power and water outage occurring due to failure from the supplier, it is not possible to claim any compensations. Turisol is not liable for the quality of the water. The renter is obligated to treat the rented villa or apartment gently. In case of damages, please inform Turisol in writing or over the telephone. The renter has to bear the costs for replacement, repair or reduction of the damaged objects. The renter is liable for the damages, caused due to a lack of proper care. Please note in every correspondence the name of the house and the duration of the renting period.
You will receive the keys of the rented villa and a description how to get there in our office, after paying the remaining 50% of the letting price.

Accommodations from Turisol should meet minimum quality standards regarding safety, access, and cleanliness, and they should be consistent with the description provided by the Host. If a guest, who books and pays for an accommodation suffers a Travel Issue because the Accommodation does not meet Turisol standards, the guest may be eligible for a refund in accordance with the Guest Refund Policy. Turisol will (at our discretion) either provide the Guest with a refund or use reasonable efforts to find and book the Guest at another comparable Accommodation for any unused nights left in your reservation. The amount of any refund will depend on the nature of the Travel Issue suffered.
The pool cleaner and gardener will enter the outdoor area of the property unannounced for the maintenance and cleaning of the pool and gardening once or twice a week.
Please ensure that all the garbage is taken to the large containers along the main roads on a daily basis. If garbage is left behind on departure the agency may charge for its removal. Please leave the kitchen clean without leftovers or dirty dishes. The agency reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee if cleaning is necessary.

Pros:We had a great stay at el cisne with our 2 boys back in August.. There was a great sheltered area for the car which was to the side of the house. Upon entering we were greeted with a cute little entrance and then a small trip down some stairs to access the house. After reading a previous review we thought this maybe an issue but not at all. We were greeted by a very spacious garden area with amazing views and decent sized pool which my boys thoroughly enjoyed..The kitchen area and living room were pretty small and cosy but everything you needed and more.plus nobody goes on holiday to stay stuck in the kitchen.. There was a lovely new mini oven which wasn't shown in the pictures and a great big electric BBQ outside which we made good use of. The pictures on the page failed to show there were 2 lovely new bathrooms with very spacious showers. The bedrooms are pretty big and el cisne made sure you had all the extra bedding, sheets ironing board etc you needed. There's a lovely sheltered area to eat breakfast close to the front door and also if you need a break from the sun. We loved having an outdoor fridge for our drinks when we were around the pool but I do agree the eating area next to the pool does need a bit of work doing but overall we had a great time and would happily stay again..
Cons:There is nothing we can complain about, it was all perfect.
